Biography: Monsters in the Basement are: Steve Ward on Lead Vocals and Guitar, Todd Beardmore on Guitar and Backup Vocals, Marty Shiermann on Drums and "Big Dave" Fleming on Bass Guitar. -- The band started in late 2008 by Todd- who had a wild hair to re-live his youth! Todd was a founding member of the popular local area Rock band called Tight Fit which started around 1979-80 --- Steve Ward found an ad we posted on Craigslist and joined the group around January of 2009 and Big Dave started playing in the group in October, 2010. Marty Schiermann joined the Group in February of 2011. ---- Our goals are pretty simple: To have fun playing good music together, and have fun entertaining you! -
