If you are adding a gig for your band, make sure to add your band first (option on your profile page). Once you have the band added you should see a dropdown at the very top of your screen so you can switch between profiles.
Note: You must have a venue before you can add a gig.

Why am I getting an error when I try to delete a gig?

This is usually because you have something tied to that gig already like a set list. First delete the set list, then try deleting the gig.

Why can't I get my YouTube video to show on my profile?

Make sure you are copying and pasting the "embed" code, not just the URL link to the video.

Why do I get an error every time I go to a specific page?

Sometimes invalid data gets through, if this happens to you just shoot us a message from the contact page and we will get it fixed for you.

I purchased the concert widget and just put the code on my website, it is not showing any of our concerts. What gives man?
